Material evidence before final configuration

Request sample testing for real material behavior.

Use sample testing when real material behavior can change feeding, dosing, seal cleanliness, pack behavior or the practical machine route.

Material Context Representative powder material context for sample-testing route review
Representative material context only. The buyer's real sample and agreed test conditions control the review.
01When testing is needed

Use samples when behavior can change the route.

Testing is most useful when an engineering decision remains open. It is not a generic pass/fail badge or a substitute for the project acceptance method.

01

Powder flow

Dust, clumping, bridging or density changes may alter feeding and auger behavior.

02

Granule handling

Fragility, fines or segregation may alter transfer and metering.

03

Liquid cut-off

Viscosity, foam or drip may alter pump and seal-zone behavior.

04

Paste residue

Stringing, particles or residue may alter valves, nozzles and cleaning.

05

Pack behavior

Film, seal window or product carryover may alter finished-pack quality.

06

Open output basis

The target cannot be reviewed responsibly without representative running conditions.

02Buyer preparation

Bring the conditions needed for a useful review.

The website form is a pre-screening request, not automatic sample acceptance or a test booking. Samples, film, photos, video or drawings move only through a follow-up channel confirmed after inquiry review.

Buyer inputPreparation boundary
Representative materialState the sample condition, batch relevance, storage and any confidentiality boundary.
Target fillProvide the nominal dose and the observation or measurement method expected.
Pack format and sizeShare stick or sachet type, finished dimensions, seal layout and opening target.
Film or current packProvide film structure information or an existing pack sample through the agreed follow-up channel.
Target outputShare the desired rate or daily target as a project goal, not a confirmed result.
Known problemsDescribe dust, flow, breakage, viscosity, residue, dripping or sealing concerns already observed.
Do not ship a sample before written acceptance.

Wait until AIX PACK confirms the receiving address, sample quantity, packaging, transport and handling conditions in writing. Hazardous, controlled, perishable or unknown-composition materials must not be sent unless AIX PACK explicitly accepts them.

Fees, NDA terms, test method, feedback or report form, timing, and the return or disposal of remaining material are confirmed separately for each project.

03What AIX PACK can evaluate

Turn observations into route decisions.

Evaluation language remains conditional on the representative sample, available machine context, pack inputs and the agreed observation method.

01

Feeding and dosing route

Compare the material behavior with candidate feeding and metering principles.

02

Fill observation

Observe filling behavior under the stated sample, dose and method conditions.

03

Seal cleanliness

Check visible carryover or residue around the proposed seal zone.

04

Film and pack behavior

Review forming, filling and sealing interactions where suitable inputs are available.

05

Visible running stability

Record visible interruptions, carryover or handling issues during the agreed review.

06

Remaining open items

List conditions that still require project protocol, further samples or buyer confirmation.

04Evidence boundary

Separate observation from confirmation.

The sample route identifies what was visible, what was recorded and what remains open. Final performance and acceptance language belongs in the approved project protocol and contract.

Observe
Material response, filling behavior, carryover, seal-zone condition and visible running stability under stated conditions.
Record
Sample identity, dose, pack inputs, setup context, method and limitations agreed for the review.
Keep open
Final output, lane count, filling performance, cleaning method and acceptance result until the written project basis supports them.
05 / Sample testing inquiry

Send the material and project context available today.

This form is a pre-screening request. It does not create automatic sample acceptance, a test booking or a service commitment.

  • Do not ship material until AIX PACK provides written acceptance and shipping instructions.
  • Hazardous, controlled, perishable or unknown-composition materials require explicit acceptance.
  • Fees, NDA, method, timing, feedback and remaining-sample handling stay project-specific.

Sample testing inquiry

Project files: This form does not upload samples, photos, videos or pack drawings. Send the basic details first; engineering will confirm the appropriate follow-up transfer channel.

This sends the project context securely. If the backend is unavailable, your email client opens as a backup.

06What happens next

The inquiry starts a pre-screening route, not an automatic promise.

AIX PACK first reviews the project conditions, then confirms whether the material can be accepted and what test scope may be appropriate. Shipping, testing, feedback and remaining-material handling are confirmed only after acceptance.

  1. 01

    Pre-screen project conditions

Review material identity, risks, pack, fill, output and available evidence.

  2. 02

    Confirm acceptance and scope

State whether AIX PACK can receive the material and what review scope is appropriate.

  3. 03

    Provide shipping instructions if accepted

Confirm the receiving address, quantity, packaging, transport and handling conditions.

  4. 04

    Confirm testing and remainder handling

Agree the method, timing, feedback or report form, fees, NDA, and return or disposal boundary.
