Wait until AIX PACK confirms the receiving address, sample quantity, packaging, transport and handling conditions in writing. Hazardous, controlled, perishable or unknown-composition materials must not be sent unless AIX PACK explicitly accepts them.
Fees, NDA terms, test method, feedback or report form, timing, and the return or disposal of remaining material are confirmed separately for each project.
Evaluation language remains conditional on the representative sample, available machine context, pack inputs and the agreed observation method.

Observe filling behavior under the stated sample, dose and method conditions.
Check visible carryover or residue around the proposed seal zone.
Review forming, filling and sealing interactions where suitable inputs are available.
Record visible interruptions, carryover or handling issues during the agreed review.
List conditions that still require project protocol, further samples or buyer confirmation.
The sample route identifies what was visible, what was recorded and what remains open. Final performance and acceptance language belongs in the approved project protocol and contract.
This form is a pre-screening request. It does not create automatic sample acceptance, a test booking or a service commitment.
AIX PACK first reviews the project conditions, then confirms whether the material can be accepted and what test scope may be appropriate. Shipping, testing, feedback and remaining-material handling are confirmed only after acceptance.
