From formulation to pack
Define the product and the finished pack
Powders and granules need different handling questions. Explain how your product flows, whether it creates dust or breaks easily, and how the finished portion will be opened and used.
- The actual formulation and its storage or handling instructions
- The amount per pack, pack dimensions and film requirements
- Cleaning, product-contact materials and documents requested by your technical team
For your first discussion
- 01Send a product description, sample photo and target amount per pack.
- 02Share a pack photo or drawing and any available film information.
- 03Tell us the required output, destination country and any inspection or cartoning needs.

What to work through when choosing equipment
Agree what the sample test should check and how results will be recorded. Required tolerances, cleaning procedures and documentation must be defined for the actual project.
- 01Product handling
Describe flow, dust, separation or fragile particles. Test a representative sample under the handling conditions specified for your product.
- 02Amount in each pack
Define the target amount, acceptable variation and sampling method. Include the checks needed during refill, stopping and restart.
- 03Film, seals and batch coding
Provide the film and pack requirements. Agree how seal quality and code readability will be checked, including the batch data to print.
- 04Cleaning and project documents
List the product-contact materials, cleaning expectations and documents your quality team needs. Confirm their availability and project scope before ordering.
